Each Artist Video Lesson Includes:
- ✱ About the ARTIST
Students will watch a short video about the artist we are studying while learning about their life, methods, and inspiration. - ✱ About the ART
Your students will learn about the masterpiece, while learning to “see like an artist”. This section encourages art appreciation and critique, art history, and art vocabulary. The concepts and skills to be learned are clearly stated. - ✱ Let’s DRAW
Follow along with our guided drawing video and draw one line and one shape at a time as we recreate the masterpiece together. Learn techniques, skills, vocabulary, and composition as you develop confidence in your ability to draw. - ✱ Let’s COLOR
Learn to blend colors, add shadows, texture, depth, and interest. Learn about new materials, color theory and value as your color in your masterpiece. Add your own unique elements to your art. - ✱ Let’s REVIEW
Review concepts and skills, encourage artists to take it a step farther, and finish their masterpiece… it’s the finishing touches that take it from “good” to “great!”
